The meeting ground: View in one direction ... |
... and in another one. |
Zeitungsenten-Hannes, our guest-author from the German version of this page, was totally blinded ... |
... by the rouge vallelunga invasion of the Neunkirchner Entennest-club. The sad thing was that they left the Easter meeting on the same day (except one car) ... |
Actually ... |
... I prefer to be behind the camera! |
Hanging around, part I ... |
... and part II, because there are always some really important things to discuss! |
The "Rätselhatscher" (solving some riddles walking): The biggest problem for most of the participants was to find a figure of Santa-Claus, made of chocolate, at Easter holidays ... But all results were fantastic! |
HELLO! "Rätselhatscher" means something like "solving some riddles walking"! |
This is not a jumping-jack competition, but a serious prize distribution of the "Rätselhatscher"! |
The winners! (Or: Never change a drinking team!) |
Family-meeting, Part I: Manu has got her driving-licence recently and is now allowed to come to CITROËN-meetings herself with her own 2CV! |
Family-meeting, Part II: Felix will have to wait for this moment some years ... |
But in the near future he will not only put some metallic things together, but he will weld them. |
And we had a campfire every night ... |
The first time a meeting is organized on a new meeting-ground it is called premiere (this shouldn't be new to you). If this type of meeting is organized again in the following year we can call it reprise. And from the third time on the meeting will become some kind of institution. This was our third Easter meeting ...
We had less Hvans this year (compared to the past years) but the number of all participating cars had increased again (this time by 10 percent) so we estimate about 50 participating cars. Yes, this Easter meeting is much smaller than the other well-known meetings in the German-speaking region. (I was in Röttgesbüttel for two times and I liked it and I even got the prize for the most kilometers to attend the meeting, but when we organize our own Easter meeting I do not have to go for another 1100km ...)
Gabor from Hungary came on Sunday (to make this meeting again international). He did what we only had discussed late in the night before: He attended all three Easter meetings (which was not that easy, because Easter holidays are always on one weekend).
Additional thanks to Gerhard and his
digital-camera again for all these pics!
